Over the past 30 years we have worked with many great people to complete great projects. . One of the things I have learned is starting a project correctly is important, however how the team finishes is vital. 

I have learned that feeling successful comes from the completion of a lot of little tasks each day in the right sequence, both personally and as a team.

 

Our focus is to help all the people that we work with to feel successful and get the project completed.

This requires input from all of the team members and shareholders at the development of the project plan, and project schedule. This is usually a much larger meeting than management wants to hold, but it is important that all of the people that will be spending part of their life on the project be represented and the work they will be performing be represented with everyone else's work.
